A while back, I was sent a couple of boxes full of sex toys! It felt like it was Christmas. One box contained only one toy. It was so big, it needed its own box. It was the Fetish Fantasy Rockin’ Chair. The biggest sextoy I’ve got!
I was already familiar with the Fetish Fantasy brand for a while. Fetish Fantasy makes a lot of kinky toys and most of them focusses on beginners. The quality is not always top of the line, but there are also a couple of really fun and good toys.
Typical Fetish Fantasy. (Or Ikea!)
The packaging of the FF Rockin’ Chair is a typical Fetish Fantasy package. A sexy lady dressed in lingerie who’s using the toy. Personally, I’m not very fond of this kind of style of packaging. About 17 years ago, when I was working in a sex shop for the first time, this way basically the only kind of packaging you could find. Horny bitch, toy, that’s it. When sex shops became a bit more women friendly around the same time, you could also see that the packaging was changing gradually as well. Not all packaging it seems though.
Maybe it appeals to people, I don’t know…
When I took the Rockin’ Chair out of the box, it first reminded me of a kid’s chair from Ikea and after that it reminded me of a mini toilet, even Aladdin’s lamp came to mind. I could not really make a sexual connection with it yet, but I could imagine that this mega vibrator would be extremely exciting to use. The chair is made out of PE and silicone. PE is a kind of non-porous plastic and you can’t really go wrong with silicone. From the way it feels, I think the chair itself is made out of plastic and the part that rubs against your clit is made out of silicone.
I was really curious about how this sex toy would feel. This is so much different from a normal vibrator. I’ve tried a Sybian once, which is the most intense sex toy out there, but I’ve actually never really used another toy which you could sit on. I never had a sex toy this big at all, besides the amazing love pillows of Liberator, but they do not vibrate.
Plug anticlimax
Because the Fetish Fantasy Rockin’ chair is from America, it also comes with an American plug. Luckily also with a converter though. So, you just plug it in. There is also a remote connected to the cord. It works super simple. If you, like me, do not forget to connect the other end of the cord to the Rockin’ Chair though. I was completely ready and kept pressing those buttons. I could see lights on the remote, but no vibrations at all. Until I found out that it might be useful to connect the plug to the actual Rockin’ Chair. Things went a lot better after this. Just like the time I was about to bring it to a sexy party. All my friends were looking forward to take the Rockin’ Chair for a little test drive. I forgot the converter though. That’s what you call an anti-climax.
But, finally I did it. The plugs were all connected, I placed little pillows on the floor for my knees, because obviously, I wanted to be a little comfortable. Remote in my hand, I was ready. I pressed the power button and then the plus button. The chair started to vibrate….hard. And this was only the lowest setting.
Big and powerful
The elevation of silicone, or the clitoris stimulator, is pretty big. You can better call it a vulva stimulator. I had to try how that works best for me, just place everything properly basically and then I could start enjoying it.
With a toy this big, you basically already know that it comes with a really powerful motor. And big motors are not quiet. This also goes for the motor in the Rockin’ Chair. It’s really not silent, but the sound was not disappointing. I expected worse really… The vibrations on my vulva, and especially on my clitoris, were really super nice. I love hard, so pretty soon I turned it up to its highest setting and that was really good. It was also super nice to sit like this. It feels completely different from a vibrator that you hold yourself.

Soon, I discovered that it felt really good and that it was really fun to start moving over the Rockin’ Chair yourself. With a bit of (water based) lube this is even more fun and better. And when you hold the handle on the back with one hand and put your other hand in the air (yup, I really did that, could not help myself) then you feel just like a cowgirl. Having a bit of fun with sex toys, nothing wrong with that right?
When I placed the FF Rockin’ Chair on the couch a bit later to see how it would work on a soft foundation, it also seemed that the handle on the back was really useful. If you slide over the, how should I call it…. saddle or seat, then you really need to hold the handle and basically push the chair down. Because of the soft foundation it was placed on, it made this a completely different dynamic. Everything moved a lot more and my knees were placed more comfortable. It was a little wilder movement wise, but also it felt a lot better.
According to the manual, you can also sit on the Rockin’ Chair the other way around, so with the handle on the front and you sitting completely at the back, but I thought this was a little less comfortable. You can also use the chair during sex, by laying over it in a doggy style position. An extra pillow would be nice though, because the handle is being pressed against your body. You can also sit on each other’s lap on the chair during sex.
Noise
If you have a vibrator, no matter what kind, you probably also experienced that when you hold it a little different, tilted, turned or whatever, it makes more noise all of the sudden. I don’t know why this is, but most vibrators have this issue. So, does the FF Rockin’ Chair.
Sometimes, during a certain position or movement, it makes a lot more noise all of the sudden. With a toy that’s quite noisy by itself, it’s pretty intense. Sometimes it even scared me a little, that’s how loud it was. It stopped me from making certain movements or to stay in a certain position. Because, even though it felt good, it really bothered me when a device like this started to make that much noise.
Despite the noise, I had a lot of fun with this FF Rockin’ Chair. It’s not a sextoy that you just take out easily or something that you will use daily, well at least I won’t, but it is a super nice and special kind of thing, good for a lot of sexy fun. This is the sex toy that brought me the most fun, even on my own. The vibrations are super powerful, so I had not issues having orgasms with this.
The FF Rockin’ Chair is definitely not a cheap toy. But it’s also a very special sex toy, which is more like a sex machine than a vibrator.
