At this point I can say that I have a lot of sex toys, A LOT of sex toys. So many different kinds en different brands. There are always a few brands which I love just a little bit more. Portable Sex Toy
The We-Vibe Jive is a wearable toy as we call it. A toy you can wear. This enables you to just walk around with is, or you wear it during a dinner or just nicely in bed or in the tub, whatever you like! You can operate the Jive with the We-Connect app. You can do this yourself or you can let your partner do it.
I use the We-Vibe classic for a long time already as a wearable toy. I love it this way. But for some women it might be a bit too much, because, if you look closely, you can see the toy underneath your clothes. I’m not the slimmest and I always wear A-line dresses, so it really does not bother me. But it does bother other women. And that’s why We-Vibe came with the idea to make this Jive, because you can’t see it at all.
As usual with the We-Vibe, the Jive also comes in a nice box. Nicely colorful and hip, I love the We-Vibe design. The box is also very durable, so you can easily store your toy in there. Or in the storage bag which comes with it. This toy is, as always, made out of silicone and is waterproof. It has a nice blue color. I like it. I love pink, but there are so many toys just in pink and not everybody likes that, so it’s super nice that We-Vibe always goes for the more special kind of colors.
Not my Cup of Tea
Truth be told, I am not a big fan of this kind of sex toy. I just don’t like internal vibration inside of my vagina as the only source of stimulation. When it’s combined with clitoral stimulation, I, most of the time, love it and it excites me. But just on its own, it just won’t do it for me.
Back in the days when I was young and didn’t have sex toys, I’ve tried one of those eggs that comes with a remote. It seemed so exciting to me. But eventually it was a big anti-climax. I felt it vibrating and the only thing that went through my mind was: “yup, I can feel it”. That kind of feeling never really changed for me. It’s just not my cup of tea.
Vibrations at Breakfast
But optimistically, I went and tested this Jive. I know that the vibrators of We-Vibe always come with super good and deep vibrations and I do like some of the vibration patterns as well.
So when me and my partner were spending a nice weekend in an amazing Bed&Breakfast in Belgium, I thought it would be fun to sneakily insert the Jive while he was taking a shower. And that I would sent him an invite through the We-Connect app to control my Jive during breakfast in the communal breakfast area. This way, it seemed quite exciting to me.
Obviously, I thought of this when my partner was already taking a shower for quite some time. So quickly, before he came back in the room, I had to do this. With a big of Sliquid, I inserted the Jive and when it was in, I remembered I still had to connect it with the app.
For this, you need to press the button on the tail of the Jive for a few second until it vibrates twice. So, there I was, legging on my knees, in one hand my phone and the other grabbing between my legs looking for the tail. Also, the app was freezing as well and I had to restart it. After this, the pairing was easy. To be sure, I selected the vibration pattern and put it to most silent, because I didn’t want to be in a position where I would lose connection.
It felt pretty good and the rhythm was nice and the idea about inviting my partner to control the vibrator excited me quite a lot. Who knows, there might be other people in the breakfast area.
We-Connect App
I checked the app to know where to click later. The icon with the option “Connect with lover” was greyed out while other icons had a darker color of grey. I pressed it and immediately got the notification “Unfortunately there was a problem, check your connection”.
My connection was fine, I knew for sure. But then I remembered that I had a Huawei phone and that the We-Connect app was very compatible with the Huawei.
Too bad that this function was not working, but I didn’t really need that function for my plan anyway. I would just give my phone, with the app on screen, to my partner. It would work as well, because he was already familiar with the app and he would understand how it works.
Connect With a Croissant
And that’s what I did. At the breakfast table while we were eating a nice croissant. We were alone in the breakfast area, but even then, it still excited me. Any moment, someone could walk in. I moved my phone over and looked at my partner smiling. Judging from the way he looked, he liked it a lot as well.
He immediately grabbed my phone and pressed the screen. How it happened, I don’t know, but that was the exact moment that the connection was gone. The app could not find the Jive anymore. So it could not be operated either.
He tried to pair it again, but it did not work. I also tried, but it kept saying that it could not find the We-Vibe. And in the meantime, that thing kept on vibrating in my pussy. This was not exactly what I expected and in the meanwhile, we kept on getting more frustrated about the fact that it did not work. Really an anti-climax.
Clitoris Stimulation
After breakfast we went back to the room. Now i could start looking for the tail in between my legs. When I put the Jive in pairing mode, it was connecting and it worked fine again.
My partner went all in with the app, every setting was being played with and drawing your own vibration patterns was pretty fun as well. But it just did not really excite me too much, because these internal vibrations, even though they are very deep and powerful, just won’t do it for me.
After a while, I took the Jive out of my pussy and held it against my clitoris while my partner was controlling it with the app. This way, I came really fast, which is not a surprise with vibrations such as these, but that’s not what this vibrator is made for. And it’s just too big to just wear it under your panties unfortunately.
Supported Phones
I later found out that you can operate the Jive with any other We-Vibe remote as well. It’s handy, especially when you have an unsupported phone when it comes to the app so that you cannot use the sex toy properly because of it. But the remote is not included with the toy. You need to already have another We-Vibe remote at home.
